In line with the first annual awards show yesterday evening at the Cantor Film Center in New York City, the New York Videogame Critics Circle awarded Crysis 2 with the Manhattan Award for Most New York-centric Game.

Crytek’s highly anticipated action shooter won the award over games such as blockbusters Batman: Arkham City, Resistance 3 and Sideway NY.

According to their '2011 annual horizontal evaluation', it's the outstanding quality that lets Warface stand out from the masses. The Yesky editors highly praised the game's visual effects such as lighting, shading and motion blur and even compared it to blockbuster FPS such as Crysis 2.
