Ich benötige mal bitte Hilfe bei einem Problem.

Ich habe ungewöhnlicherweise mit dem Schiff (der St.Albans) Exportschwierigkeiten. Ich hatte ja mal einen Exporttest mit Einzelteilen von mir gemacht, um festzustellen wie viele Tris und Vertices man exportieren kann. Das was ich dort exportiert habe hat deutlich kleinere Tris und deutlich mehr (Faktor 3) Tris und Verts.
Das Teil (oder die Gruppe) die es betrifft habe ich gefunden und gehe Stück für Stück vor das Ganze zu trennen und neu zu exportieren. Das bekomme ich aber hin (dauert nur ewig).

Jetzt kommt aber das HAUPTPROBLEM dazu.

Ich habe (wie sonst auch) einen MTL-File erstellt. Ich habe 10 Objekte des Schiffes und 10 Texturen dazu. Beim Exporttest habe ich das fehlerhafte Objekt erstmal gelöscht und wollte mir alle verbleibenden Teile ingame ansehen (skalierung, Material usw.).
Dabei ist mir aber aufgefallen das immer noch zusätzlich ein Teil fehlt. Und zwar immer das letzte in der Exportgroup.
Ich habe gestern 2 Stunden herum probiert, bis mir aufgefallen ist, das in meinem MTL File immer der dritte Eintrag übersprungen wird.
Normalerweise ist die Zuordnung
Teil 1 - Textur 1
Teil 2 - Textur 2
Teil 3 - Textur 3
Teil 4 - Textur 4

Egal was ich exportiere (egal ob Würfel, das Schiff oder sonstwas), die Zuordnung ist immer so:
Teil 1 - Textur 1
Teil 2 - Textur 2
Textur 3 (Material 3) - unbenutzt
Teil 3 - Textur 4
Teil 4 - wird nicht dargestellt (ist also obwohl exportiert, nicht vorhanden)

FRAGE: Kennt das Problem jemand? Da ich die MTL selbst per Hand erstelle, poste ich die unten mal rein. Da die Materialien im Materialeditor der Sandbox aber korrekt dargestellt werden, kann es theoretisch daran nicht liegen.

ZWEITE FRAGE:
Wenn ich das Objekt (damit ich keine Wochen jetzt den Fehler suchen muss) in 2er Gruppen exportiere, wie setze ich in der Sandbox diese 5 Teile PASSGENAU ohne Blitzer und Verschiebungen zusammen? Wenn das so geht, würde ich es so machen. Wichtig ist nur das es 100% PASSGENAU ist.
