    Soweit ich mich erinnere, ist das nicht CryEngine, aber es wurde gemunkelt, dass der Entwickler jetzt bei Crytek arbeiten würde. Was davon stimmt, kann ich nicht sagen.

    Gegenüber diesen komplett dynamisch computergenerierten Einrichtung etc. bin ich noch etwas skeptisch, das sieht momentan noch immer so lieblos aus. Bevor das eingebaut wird, sollte man da noch ein, zwei Jahre Entwicklungszeit reinstecken. Das Potenzial solcher Techniken ist unbestritten.

    This keynote was presented at the High Performance Graphics Conference 2010. We want to share our vision and future trends in real-time computer graphics in games. This keynote raises some classic problems as bandwidth, deferred lighting and h/w issues along with the new trends, as server-side rendering and perception-driven graphics.

    Besides that, the history of Crytek games and chronology of engines is briefly described as well as new trends in games content and style.

Sensing their newest members could spread war throughout the galaxy; the Herald Accord gave the Kavussari and Forsellians a choice.     Former GRIN developers set up new studio Whiteout

    Former members of defunct Swedish outfit GRIN have announced a new development studio, Whiteout.

    The team already has a CryEngine 3 project underway, with a playable demo up and running, and intends to focus on digital markets.

    "We've got some very exciting concepts under development," commented Joel Fagerlund, co-founder of Whiteout. "We are currently working on a bigger project in CryEngine 3, and thanks to the excellent technology and support from Crytek, we have been able to carefully handcraft a playable prototype that will knock your socks off."

    At GRIN the developers worked on the well-received Bionic Commando: Rearmed, as well as the console version of Bionic Commando for publisher Capcom, Wanted: Weapons of Fate and Terminator: Salvation.

    "At GRIN, we saw the community's extraordinary response to Bionic Commando: Rearmed," added Fagerlund. "Couple that with the fact that new releases such as Limbo and Joe Danger have been so well received, we know that the digital marketplace is vibrant and thriving."

    Fagerlund worked as a producer at GRIN alongside Whiteout co-founders Simon Rodriguez and Konstantin Schutte, previously with virtual worlds developer Metaversum.

    Auf dem Bild sieht man auch nochmal dieses Fliegedingens wo Randfee letzens am überlegen war, wie man hier auf der Map links sieht ist es ein Alien Raumschiff
