Enhanced DCL v0.1 & WeaponPacks

Already a few days ago "molleman" from CryMod.com forums presented the new "Enhanced DCL 0.1" developed by him. It is based on the already well known DCL by "aarbro" which combines several mod and addons and make them available in one map at the same time. He added the weapon support to this DCL and gave it an updated name. Furthermore he created 2 pretty cool weapon packs which are fully compatible to the new EDCL. One includes Price's weapons of his Shens Coop mod and the other one is assorted by weapons of the Freestyle-Productions team.
