Und mir ist bewusst, dass HQ ne Fansite ist...und ich denke du weist genau, dass ich hier die User mehr in Schutz nehmen als wie Crytek. Darum geht es eigentlich auch nicht wie ich hier das mache...

Erwarten kannst du nichts...aber du kannst eine Botschaft aussenden und hoffen, dass sie ankommt.
Selbst wenn das nichts bringt, wovon ich zu 99,93 % ausgehe, wirkt das zusammen mit den Beschwerden der anderen Communities (Crymod etc.) möglicherweise wenigstens darauf ein, wie sie es beim nächsten Mal angehen.

That's the good takeaway. If they didn't care about the game they wouldn't say anything. So even when they're on there saying, ah I really hate this decision you made, they're expressing that because they love the core product. That's a huge thing to look at. As developers look at these things, to not become entirely discouraged when people are online bitching about something that you said or that you're doing. At least they care enough to be upset about it.
