Nur zur Ergänzung: Statement von Alex auf Crymod
QuelleZitat von Cry-Alex
Greetings everyone!
I have to agree that the overall traffic in terms of active users, forum posts and even new creations has reduced over time since we re-launched the web site for Crysis. Actually that was something we already expected since the majority of the modders in our community are eagerly awaiting the SDK and Editor support for Warhead and Wars.
Crymod is far away from dying in my eyes and we still got lots of very active members, a very dedicated staff crew and still plenty of awesome contributions on a daily base.
Once the mod support for Warhead and Wars are available I am pretty sure that we will see a significant increase of active members on the portal including the respective contributions in the forums.
Of course we will adjust the crymod web site accordingly to support modding for Warhead/Wars properly. It won't be as big as the change from FarCry to Crysis where we launched an entire new portal but we will do some changes that should make it easier for you to navigate to the right places.
We really know how important the modding support for you guys is and I can assure you that we really put a lot of effort into the SDK and the editor to be fully functional and up-to-date with the latest changes/improvements and bug fixes (editor wise).
As usual we cannot give an estimation yet, but the community team will give you a more detailed update when we are sure that we ship what we are going to talk about and not cut something right before release
regards,
-alex
