Welcome to today's news and another look at
Mech Warrior: Living Legend's Christmas Calander. A new selection of windows have been released by the team and today we would like to present to you days 25-32 on the MWLL Christmas Calander.
Door 25 - New Audio
The Christmas update from the MWLL team was a a new audio track written by the team's sound artists
Mike Jennings and
Steve Blanchard, which contains a mix of tracks from the MWLL ingame music. You can download and hear the audio from the MWLL site
here.
Door 26 - Mech Wallpaper
The twenty sixth day in the MWLL calendar was in the shape of a desktop wallpaper showing off one of the mechs in the mod. Allegedly 75% of the devs are using it as their desktop wallpaper; check it out below.
Door 27 - InGame Screenshot
Day #27 saw the release of another ingame screenshot, this time focussing on the map ToA_ClearCut where a group of Shivas is attacking an enemy patrol group.
Door 28 - "Proof" Screenshot
In an effort to quell the rumours that there were glowing rings on weapons and vehicles in the mod, the team have posted an ingame screenshot to clear up the rumours; this is shown below.
Door 29 - ToD Images
Another image of the map ToA_ClearCut was used as the calendar window for day 29, this time showing off the beautiful day/night cycle created in the level.
Door 30 - InGame Screenshot
The thirtieth calendar window saw an image that showed off a vehicle fight between two Demolishers (an intended mistake).
Door 31 - InGame Screenshot
The last window in the 2008 calendar shows off a combat scene on a Solaris Aerna maps entitled Extremity.
Door 32 - Day/Night Cycle
Finally, to kick off the new year, we've got a video that shows off the atmospheric day/night cycle over ToA_ClearCut.
Door 33 - InGame Screenshot
The second new year update involved a screenshot of an Inner Sphere Patrol group walking the streets with a group of Clan elementals trying to remain undetected.
Door 34 - New Mech Renders
New models were the subject of Door 34, involving a Mech entitled the Inner Sphere Awesome. The screenshot displays the currently 4 different variants of this Assault class Mech.
Door 35 - Vehicle Images
The most recent window in the MWLL calendar involved the currently four variants of the heavy battletank of the Inner Sphere - the Demolisher.
