Place one in your level (Misc > Environment Probe), set the radius to cover the area you want (mine was just a flatgrass area, so I used something like 5000), and click the 'Generate Cubemap' button. Afterwards, activate it (tick the 'Active' checkbox). Any objects within the radius of the probe will receive indirect image-based lighting and reflection from the cubemap You can adjust the diffuse multiplier + HDR, too, just like any regular light.
