They are part of the SDK, you can find them here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Mods\Examples\Serious Game Assets

Copy the two folders to this location, yes to overwrite:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Game

Now just fire up sandbox, they should be listed under entity.
