As the TV informs them, each cage has a door and only one door will open. The other player's head device will then push a drill into the losing players head, thus crushing his or her skull. The winner is determined by whoever puts the most weight into the scale at the end of the 60 seconds.
Naturally, the fat guy starts scraping off layers of fat with the knife and the girl ties a shirt around her arm and places the knife at her elbow. With about 30 seconds left, the guy has put a decent amount of fat into his side of the scale and the girl still stands with the knife at her elbow, afraid to start cutting her arm. Seeing the timer run down, she picks up the butcher's knife, hacks away at her arm, and drops it into the scale right as the timer hits zero.

Billy erklärt, dass der Kopfaufsatz ein Symbol dafür ist, dass sie andere manipulierten und etwas, das mit geliehenem Geld zu tun... oder dass sie denen, die Geld verdienen, nichts geben, irgendwie sowas...
Jeder Käfig hat eine Tür, aber nur eine wird sich öffnen. Derjenige, der verliert, wird von Bohrern durch den Kopf gebohrt, wobei der Schädel zerschmettert wird. Der Gewinner wird derjenige sein, der nach 60 Sekunden am meisten Gewicht auf die Waagen gelegt hat.
Der dicke Mann beginnt mit dem Messer Schichten seines Fettes herauszuschneiden, während die Frau ein Shirt um ihren Arm wickelt und mit dem Messer ansetzt. Nach 30 Sekunden hat der Mann eine Menge Gewicht zusammen, die Frau jedoch traut sich nicht, ihren Arm abzu schneiden. als sie den Timer ablaufen sieht nimmt sie das Schlachtermesser und hackt sich den Arm ab. Sie wirft ihn in die Waage gerade als die Zeit abläuft.
Sie gewinnt.
