I don't have a WII myself, but i could imagine to help building this modification.

In your first post, you wrote about the required skills. You mentioned 3 (engl&german, teamwork, "fun") , but i think there are a lot more of them required, as an example programming in many different kinds.
I am not the best programmer, i just coded some little modification for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (only for me & friends, not for public use) and some config's for CSS & CS1.6.
It would be usefull to "employ" someone who is interested to realize this imagination and who brings the required skills with himself, an experianced coder as an example
