Grand Theft Auto IV: PlayStation 3 Version im Vorteil!
Der Kollege Jorden von PlanetGTA.com hat sich einem interessanten Thema angenommen. So hat er betont, dass die PlayStation 3 Version des Spiels besser abschneidet wird, als die Xbox 360 Version. Gründe wurden auch genannt, so hat die PlayStation 3 den Cell Chip. Dieser hat eine bessere Power und wird ca. 30% mehr Verkehr in Liberty City ausmachen und das gleiche gilt auch für Charaktere.
Erfreuliches für alle PlayStation 3 Besitzer. Wie die Website PlanetGTA berichtet, soll die PS3 Version von Grand Theft Auto IV der der Xbox 360 "ohne jeden Zweifel" überlegen sein. Der Autor des Artikels schreibt:
"I myself - who is a big fan of the Xbox 360 - will be getting the PlayStation 3 version, as I've read and heard personally from people who have played the game already that this version is undoubtedly superior to the Xbox 360."
Mehrere Stimmen haben zudem bereits mehrfach bestätigt, dass bei der PS3 Version aufgrund der stärkeren Rechenleistung des CELL Prozessors bis zu 30% mehr Passanten sowie Verkehr auf den Straßen von Liberty City vorhanden sein soll. So stellte bereits schon letztes Jahr das britische Official PlayStation Magazine Dan Houser, Chef von Rockstar Games, folgende Frage:
"On PS3 you've got a guarantee that every machine is going to have a hard-drive and, with Blu-ray, you've got plenty of storage, whereas on Xbox 360 there's no guarantee of a hard-drive and you're working with the DVD format. Does that create limitations?"
Dan Houser beantwortete diese Frage mit "Yep".
