It's "Ia_damaged" map. Not my map. But I changed many settings.

You can use "capture_frames" command in editor. For example... fixed_time_step=0.03333 & capture_frames=1 for 30fps video. The commands output image files. Then, import them on video editor... and encode to h264 .mp4 file.
