No he did not use any Photoshop for this picture! This TOD is made by Hawkeye at crymod.com... He's one of the most skilled TOD makers i've seen, I even heard Crytek asked him for a CV, they are interested in his skills to make TOD's for cryteks maps! He may or may not have saved this TOD. And it's unclear if he will release a pack with his TOD's or not.. It's unclear for now, stay tuned in his TOD Art thread @ crymod...

Now am looking for this TOD, made by Chicken: He already gave me a link, but that tod looked nothing like his pic:
