Yeah
1. They working on a pilot project with a Car Maker. If the project works fine, Crytek want to split the Project from the Crytek GmbH and create a NEW Daughter Company.
2. Yes this is correct. They want to earn this Year 30% from this kind of work (CE2 license selling)

They didn't earn 20 millions, i don't know the correct english word but it means something else, just can't explain it, maybe this helps:
