Ich auch nicht, aber es gibt ja nich andere Möglichkeiten .

1 - Click Start->Run.
2 - Type CMD and click OK. A command prompt window will open.
3 - Type the following commands:
net localgroup Users /add <--this creates a new group called 'Users'
net localgroup Users YourUserName /add <--this adds your username to the new 'Users' group.
Then run the install and it'll work.
