Hello Crydev-Team,
sorry for this direct question but its important to organise our team in an effective way. You know that the actual 3.5.3. Free SDK has many bugs, which make the work impossible. The still not functioning FPP32 model export, the damaged vehicle editor, many errors in cloth setting as sail at a ship etc. brings the question what " the next update is soon" means.
We've waited long for the step from CE2 to CE3 (free SDK) but the work into and the amount of work need many organisation and is not easy.
On the basis of Free SDK targed groups direction, like Indie-Studios and universities etc., I would like to ask when you release the next version of Free SDK, which can use without those existentially bugs.
You advertise this engine a lot and show in different trailers from Ryse, other games and the engine itself, its power and yes, we would change to this engine too but we can't.
I hope my question hasn't been misunderstood but for our team its important when you release the next working product, that we can finally use.
Thank you!

It is a great pity that despite of the many advertisings no one really answers in this thread. What is the use without the close to the community if there is not the big promised support! I'm a little disappointed about no reply. At least a short message (if negative too) is the least what the community is worth!
I think the Crytek employees know best which amount of organisation and teamwork is need to rise a project to success. Note: We rise a project for free and would step from CE2 into the CE3 Free SDK. What better advertising as from a strong community is the wish of Crytek?
I ask friendly again for the next "soon" release with fixed:
- Vehicle Editor
- Fully FPP32 bit export and use in the Free SDK
- Correct use of cloth entity as sails and flags on vehicle ships
- Correct working shadows without boxes and errors (the actual fixes with bias)
This things was advertised for the 3.5.3 release and you excuse the erors with the promise of a fixed "soon" release of a new build. So please take the plunge and reply a reasonable answere to the community. Our project depends heavily on this or would you like to drive a ship without working sails and flags or would you use half precision FPP16 from very, very, very old consoles techniques with many mesh distortions? I think no.
Thank you!
