However, Sony have subtly updated their PlayStation 4 usage terms, clarifying how we may treat our purchased game copies, and what we’re actually purchasing. Gamers will not be able to resell their used titles without expressed permission from both Sony and the publisher, whether they’d be disc-based or digital. Moreover, the policy now states that we are only buying licenses to play the titles, not actual copies of the games.

Jaja.. wir werdens sehen. Aber ich würds mir jetzt gut überlegen ne PS4 zu kaufen wenn die dann so ne ******* abziehen. Und zeig mir bitte mal wo das bei der PS3 steht, es fällt mir schwer zu glauben das da auch schon so ein bullshit drinsteht.
Generell wäre es sehr fraglich wenn Sony/Microshit ihre Spiele sogar noch teurer als für die Cur Gen machen, aber dann trotzdem den Gebrauchtspielmarkt nicht zulassen. Dann ist der 10-15 Euro Aufschlag aufgrund der Wiederverkaufbarkeit nichtmehr gerechtfertigt.

Sony denies new policy against PS4 game selling, Yoshida clarifies

Sony, who has recently come under fire for changing its terms of service to ban the resale of PlayStation 4 games, accept under stringent conditions, has possibly changed their minds.
The confusion arose from the fact that Sony's PS4 games resale policy, according to its official page states, "You must not resell either Disc-based Software or Software Downloads, unless expressly authorized by us and, if the publisher is another company, additionally by the publisher."
However in a quick U-turn, Sony's Shuhei Yoshida has taken to Twitter to confirm this doesn't seem to be the case.
Yoshida-san was asked the following, to which he replied "yes".

As of yet there are no official details from Sony as to how this comment alters its terms of service, but stay tuned to PSU for more details as they are revealed.

Sollte es sich doch irgendwie bewahrheiten das dieser Zwang kommt und die Spiele teuer erworben werden müssen, dann sehe ich es nicht ein mein Geld sprichwörtlich aus den Fenster zu werfen. Aber warten wir´s einfach ab, wird schon gut gehen
