Well, its partly the map because it hasnt been optimized, there is a LOT of things going on that should be switched off by FG to save performance (AI, particles), hardly any occluders etc thats why I said the whole thing would need re-working, and I dont have time. Did you read the post with the download link in? As I said there its unfininished and I thought I may aswell just release it rather than bin it.. Thats why there are no objectives.

EDIT: Oh, you get it too ANON? Hmm well that didnt happen in the last release so I shall have to fix it.. ;(

Wohl einige Texturfehler oder ähnliches behoben...das Level bleibt natürlich trotzdem sehr unvollständig.

Gibts hier vll wieder Bild material ?

Welcome to today's news, which features a media update about the amazing work in progress mod, Alpha Crysis. Aiming to recreate the feeling that the Crysis alpha footage gave, this mod is one of the best showcases if the capabilities of the CryENGINE 2. The media presented to us features some high quality screenshots, made by level designer and forum member crazyeyeskillah, as well as a video made by community member c0r3. The level is not yet available for download on Crymod, but a beta version can be found on MegaUpload here.


Level Media
Shown below are images depicting the latest version of the Time of Day settings, as well as the most recent version of the jungle. Even further down is the video, which shows the intense ToD and remake of the old SCAR in action. It also shows the somewhat more rural areas, where some of the fighting will be taking place. Jepp, find ich auch... Besonders die Dichte des Dschungels find ich gut eingefangen, und die Strahlen der Sonne durch die Bäume machen die Pics noch schöner:-D
