Hallo Leute (entschuldigen, aber meine Deutsche Sprache is nicht sehr gut)...
I´m proud to announce TotalCRY.com (http://www.totalcry.com) website.
The TotalCRY.com site has one main objective: connect (link) the CryENGINE community (MODDERs as well everyone who appreciate the CryENGINE technology and it´s games).
Well, while i am posting this thread, i know that we have a small CryENGINE MOD Community (compared to other engines like Source and Unreal Engine). The main reason for that, in my opinion, is related to the fact that Far Cry was develop to be a great SINGLE PLAYER game (and it achieved that) and the MOD Community claim (demand) a "cool" and powerful MULTIPLAYER experience.
Well, Crytek announced that CRYSIS will support 32 players in multiplayer mode and i think that we are in the right way - in the words of Cervat Yerli (recent interview (http://www.totalcry.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=21&Itemid=37)- see in the site), the Crysis multiplayer mode will not CRAP as Far Cry multiplayer mode.
I really appreciate others engines, but in my opinion, CryENGINE 1 (and now CryENGINE 2) rocks. Yes, Crytek proved that with their fantastic technology.
Far Cry is a stunning game in so many ways. It certainly raised the bar for graphics to new heights. Now, let´s wait and see what CryENGINE 2 will do.
