Installation process is same as RC1. Extract all .fsh and .vsh files to minecraft.jar/Shaders. Put SEUS adjusted texture pack into texture pack folder. Start minecraft, go to options>video>quality and turn custom colors ON. Select SEUS texture pack, restart minecraft to make sure it sticks, and you should be all set. If you want to use this with another texture pack, you'll have to copy over /environment/lightmap0.png to the new texture pack and also make edits to terrain.png with an image editor. If you look at the terrain.png within SEUS texture pack, you will see that where the water normally is there is pure magenta blocks (red=255, green=0, blue=255, a=255). This is the color that the shaders use to detect what is water. The water texture that the engine actually applies is placed in the usually vacant area just to the left of the usual water texture placement (you can see I just have a solid very light blue).
